Fritz Gubler started his hospitality career as an apprentice chef before completing his professional education at the reputed Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. He gained International experiences as a hotelier in various exotic destinations before settling in Australia in 1988. He is a founder of the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School and now publishes the Gault&Millau Restaurant Guide for Australia.
Dane Richards is a freelance food writer and reviewer, Social Media and Hospitality Consultant, Small Producer Advocate, and editor of the successful food blog LBV ~ Le Bon Vivant.
Carolina is a culinary graduate from Le Cordon Bleu Sydney who has work experience as a chef at fine dining restaurants. She is a freelance food writer and editor of the Aussie Cuisine website. She also holds a WSET level 3 and is passionate about food, wine and travel.
