Fritz Gubler:

Fritz Gubler started his hospitality career as an apprentice chef before completing his professional education at the reputed Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. He gained International experiences as a hotelier in various exotic destinations before settling in Australia in 1988. He is a founder of the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School and now publishes the Gault&Millau Restaurant Guide for Australia.

Dane Richards:

Dane Richards is a freelance food writer and reviewer, social media and hospitality consultant, small producer advocate, and editor of the successful food blog LBV ~ Le Bon Vivant. Richards is the Chair, Industry Relations of Gault&Millau Australia.

Jeremy Ryland:

Ryland is a passionate food professional with a unique combination of scientific, operations and marketing skills. He holds an Honours degree in Food Technology, an MBA in Marketing and a Master of Arts in Gastronomy from Le Cordon Bleu, Academie D’Art Culinaire de Paris. Ryland is the Expert Gourmand of Gault&Millau Australia.

Carolina Holzmeister:

Carolina is a culinary graduate from Le Cordon Bleu Sydney, holds a WSET level 3 and is passionate about food, wine and travel. She is a freelance food writer and editor of Aussie Cuisine, Gault&Millau and eHotelier websites.
